CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation has extended the work schedule as part of an intersection improvement project along Route 152 in Clay County.
The eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 152 between Shoal Creek Parkway and N. Flintlock Rd. will remain narrow through Monday, August 13 for lighting, signal and sign work. Originally, this work was scheduled to be completed Sunday, July 15. All work is weather dependent.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
