MACON – Weather and schedule permitting, August 22nd, Missouri Route 94 in Montgomery County is set to open at Loutre River Bridge, located 0.10 mile west of Missouri Route 19 near McKittrick. The bridge closed on July 23rd to undergo deck hydrodemolition. The bridge has also received some paint over coating during this project.
“With the repairs that were made to this bridge, they have helped protect the bridge deck from corrosion,” said MoDOT Area Engineer Erik Maninga, P.E. “We are very glad to get this project completed,” he added.
Capital Paving, of Columbia, completed the bridge at a cost of $643,389.
