St. Louis Work Zones for August 23 - 29

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who frequent the I-270 and I-70 interchange in north St. Louis County should be aware of a ramp and lane closure lasting throughout the weekend.

Crews will close the westbound I-70 ramp to southbound I-270 at 8 p.m. Friday, August 24. Also, one lane southbound I-270 at I-70 will close. All lanes should reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, August 27.

During the closure, crews will paint the McKelvey Bridge. Drivers should remain aware as they travel through the area, as traffic lanes will shift around the painting work.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

• I-44, St. Louis City, two lanes closed westbound from Arsenal to Shrewsbury until December 2018.
• I-44, St. Louis City, the eastbound exit to Vandeventer is closed until early 2019.
• I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed westbound between Jefferson and Grand through 2019.
• I-44, St. Louis City, two lanes closed westbound between Grand and Kingshighway through 2019.
• I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed westbound between Kingshighway and Arsenal through 2019.
• I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed eastbound from Shrewsbury to Jefferson through 2019.
• I-64, St. Louis City, one lane closed westbound across the Poplar Street Bridge into Illinois until December 2018.
• Route 367, St. Louis City, the east half of Halls Ferry Circle will be closed through early October. Northbound traffic will only be able to stay on northbound Route 367.
• I-44, St. Louis County, the ramp from Shrewsbury to eastbound I-44 is closed until December 2018.
• I-70, St. Louis County, the Route U eastbound exit ramp to I-70 is closed until September 2018.
• I-70, St. Charles County, the ramp from T.R. Hughes to westbound I-70 is closed until the new ramp opens in late 2018.
• Route 61, St. Charles County, access from Route P is closed through September.
