What: Route 76 traffic switching to new alignment north of new Bull Shoals Lake bridge near Forsyth
When: 9 a.m., Friday, Oct. 5
Traffic Impacts:
- Contractor crews removing crossover lanes and shifting traffic to new stretch of Route 76 between new bridge and three-way stop at intersection of U.S. Route 160
- Drivers can expect slight delays while traffic switch is made
Bridge Project Summary
- Replace Bull Shoals Lake bridge with a new bridge west of the original bridge
- Build a new connecting roadway to new bridge to Route 76 at end of bridge project
- Completion date: Fall 2018
- Total project cost: $10.4 million
