Work will cause lane/ramp closures along I-29 as part of Old Tiffany Springs Rd project

PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close two left lanes of northbound I-29 between Route 152 and NW Old Tiffany Springs Rd. from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 for pavement marking work. In addition, crews will close the ramp from Route 152 to northbound I-29 during the same time period. There will also be a traffic pattern change. Northbound I-29 traffic will shift to the left at NW Old Tiffany Springs Rd. This is all part of the new Old Tiffany Springs Road Improvement Project. All work is weather dependent.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
