JEFFERSON CITY - The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the mid-Missouri area for the two-week period of October 22-November 2, 2018. Weather conditions may postpone the work schedule. Many projects will include lane closures that could cause delays.

All Counties
Daylight Hours
Mowing, striping, brush cutting and guardrail repair continues in various locations. Motorists should travel with care and be alert to slow-moving equipment along the road.
Boone County
Daylight Hours
Route 40 between Route UU and Route 5 in Howard County – Resurfacing and shoulder improvements continue. Striping operations will take place the week of October 22.
Route 63 between Westbrook Drive and Zumwalt Road – Roadway patching will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Callaway County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Business Route 54 between Route 54 East and Route 54 West – Sidewalk and ADA improvements continue.
* Asphalt paving operation will take place during the overnight hours the week of October 22. Pavement repair work continues during the daytime hours. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
* Temporary traffic signals will be in place near the intersection of Route 54 and Business Route 54 beginning Monday, October 22. The signals will be in place for approximately two weeks. During that time the Route NN will be closed at Business Route 54.
The project is scheduled for completion in December.
Daylight Hours
Route C at Collier Lane – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, November 1. The road will be closed from 6 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area.
Route 54 South Outer Road between County Road 430 and County Road 436 – Roadway patching will take place on Monday, October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Camden County
Overnight Hours
Route 5 between Route 7 and Route 64 in Laclede County – Guardrail installation and replacement and pavement repair continues. One lane will be open through the work area. The entire project is scheduled for completion in November.
Daylight Hours
Route 54 over the Niangua of the Lake of the Ozarks, west of Route D – Bridge maintenance will take place Monday, October 22 and Tuesday, October 23. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Cole County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route 54 between Broadway Street and Stadium Boulevard – Roadway resurfacing, pavement repair, guardrail replacement and bridge repair continues.
* Lighting operations will take place in the eastbound and westbound lanes in the Tri-Level area during the overnight hours. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be closed with occasional closures of entrance and exit ramps.
The entire project is scheduled for completion in November.

Route 54 at Route C – Signal light repair on the eastbound and westbound exit ramps will take place Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24. Occasional lane closures and traffic delays are possible through the work area.
Route C at Southridge Drive – Signal light repair will take place Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24. Occasional lane closures and traffic delays are possible through the work area.
Route C at Jefferson Street – Signal light repair will take place Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24. Occasional lane closures and traffic delays are possible through the work area.
Route 50 Outer Road (Christy Drive) at Ellis Boulevard – Signal light repair will take place Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24. Occasional lane closures and traffic delays are possible through the work area.
Route 50 Outer Road between Business Route 50 and Country Club Drive – Pavement repairs to the roadway and adjoining entrance and exit ramps are scheduled to begin on Monday, October 29. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Route 17 between Route 54 and Route 52 in Miller County – Roadway resurfacing and shoulder widening continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route 50 over the Osage River, west of the Osage County line – Bridge maintenance in the eastbound lanes will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One eastbound lane will be open through the work area.
Route 54 over the Missouri River – Bridge maintenance in the eastbound lanes will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One eastbound lane will be open through the work area.
Route 179 over Frog Hollow Road – Bridge maintenance will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Cooper County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route 87 over Interstate 70 – Bridge replacement is complete. The bridge was opened to traffic on Thursday, October 18.
Crawford County
Daylight Hours
Route DD between Route 19 and Evans Road – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life. Chip seal work is complete, with repair work and striping planned for the week of October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route DD between Route 19 and Evans Road – Ditch repair will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route EE between Route F and Route 28 in Gasconade County – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life. Chip seal work is complete, with repair work and striping planned for the week of October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route FF between the Interstate 44 South Outer Road and Rock Road – Ditch repair will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route WW between Essman Dunn Road and the Interstate 44 North Outer Road in Franklin County – Ditch repair will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route ZZ between Interstate 44 and Route 19 – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life. Chip seal work is complete, with repair work and striping planned for the week of October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Interstate 44 South Outer Road between Route FF and Route D in Franklin County – Ditch repair will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Dent County

Route 32 between Route 119 and Route F – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Wednesday, October 24 through Thursday, November 1. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route F between Route 32 and Route E – Drainage repair will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Gasconade County
Daylight Hours
Route EE between Route 28 and Route F in Crawford County – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life. Chip seal work is complete, with repair work and striping planned for the week of October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Howard County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route 40 between Route UU and Route 5 in Howard County – Resurfacing and shoulder improvements continue. Striping operations will take place the week of October 22.
Route V over Doxies Creek, west of County Road 265 – Bridge replacement continues. The road is closed. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area. The work is scheduled for completion in December.

Laclede County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Interstate 44 Outer Road over the Gasconade River, west of Route 133 – Bridge replacement continues. The road is currently closed.
* Blasting operations will take place the week of October 22. The blasting will take place between 1 and 3 p.m. each day. During the blasting, a rolling road block will be in place to guide eastbound and westbound traffic on I-44.
* Grading and clearing operations will take place the week of October 22. Traffic on I-44 may be slowed during the work.
The entire project is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
Overnight Hours
Route 5 between Route 64 and Route 7 in Camden County – Guardrail installation and replacement and pavement repair continues. One lane will be open through the work area. The entire project is scheduled for completion in November.
Daylight Hours
Interstate 44 between mile marker 111 and mile marker 123 – Shoulder repair in the eastbound lanes continues. One eastbound lane will be open through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in late October.
Route C between Route 5 and Route CC – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life continues. Motorists should expect to encounter loose gravel on the road surface for several days after the seal coat is complete. At that time, crews will sweep the roadway. Motorists should expect delays and lower their speeds through the area. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route CC between Route C and the Webster County line – Chip sealing the roadway surface to extend pavement life continues. Motorists should expect to encounter loose gravel on the road surface for several days after the seal coat is complete. At that time, crews will sweep the roadway. Motorists should expect delays and lower their speeds through the area. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route AD over the Gasconade River, south of Vintage Drive – Bridge maintenance will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, November 1. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Maries County

Route 28 at County Road 315 – Culvert pipe replacement will take place on Thursday, November 1. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 63 between County Road 302 and Ball Park Road in Osage County – Shoulder maintenance will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Miller County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route 54 over Little Gravois Creek, west of Route V – Bridge deck rehabilitation in the westbound lanes continues. One westbound lane will be open through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in late October.
Route 54 over Wrights Creek, east of Copperhead Road – Bridge deck rehabilitation in the eastbound and westbound lanes continues. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be open through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-November.

Route 17 between Route 52 and Route 54 in Cole County – Roadway resurfacing and shoulder widening continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route H between Route 17 and Marys Home Road – Roadway resurfacing and shoulder widening continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route H between Route 17 and Jim Henry Road – Culvert pipe replacement and repair in various locations will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Business Route 54 between Route 54 and Route CC – Edge rut repair will take place Monday, October 29 through Wednesday, October 31. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Moniteau County
Daylight Hours
Route 5 between Route 50 and Route 52 in Morgan County – Microsurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in late October.
Route 50 between Route 5 South and Route 5 North in Morgan County – Pavement repair will take place Tuesday, October 23 through Thursday, November 1. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route C between Route T and the Cole County line – Brush chipping will take place on Monday, October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Morgan County
Daylight Hours
Route 5 between Route 52 and Route 50 in Moniteau County – Microsurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in late October.
Route 52 between Route 5 and the Benton County line – Microsurfacing is underway. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-November.
Route D between Route JJ and Route PP – Culvert pipe replacement will take place on Tuesday, October 23. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route AA between Route 52 and First Street – Ditch repair will take place on Monday, October 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Osage County
Daylight Hours
Route 50 over the Osage River, east of the Cole County line – Bridge maintenance in the westbound lanes will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One westbound lane will be open through the work area.

Phelps County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route B over the Bourbeuse River, north of County Road 1400 – Bridge replacement continues. Much of the work will take place off the roadway. Minimal traffic interruptions are expected.
Route D over the Burlington Northern/Sante Fe Railroad, east of Interstate 44 – Bridge replacement is nearing completion. The bridge is currently open, with additional work planned for the week of October 22 which may result in occasional lane closures.

Route 68 between Route 8 and County Road 3560 – Culvert pipe replacement in various locations will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route K between Route 63 and Western Road – Culvert pipe replacement in various locations will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route T between Eisenhower Street and Lee Street – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route T between Interstate 44 and Route M – Culvert pipe replacement in various locations will take place Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Pulaski County
