Work Continues on U.S. Route 63 and U.S. Route 24 in Randolph County

MACON - Weather permitting, MoDOT will be doing the following work on routes in Randolph County.  Please see the dates and locations below. 

U.S. Route 63 southbound - Nov. 5, the driving lane will be closed from 1.5 miles north of Missouri Route 22 to MO 22 for pavement work. The speed limit will be reduced through the work zone. Work will be completed between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There will also be a 14 ft. width restriction in place.

U.S. Route 24 - Nov. 6-9, one lane traffic from 1.5 miles west of Randolph County Route C to Randolph County Route JJ for pavement work. There will be a 14 ft. width restriction in place while the work is completed between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day. Temporary signals will be in place for traffic control.

U.S. Route 24 - Nov. 6-8, one lane traffic at Elk Fork Salt River Bridge, located just east of Randolph County Route YY, for bridge work. There will be a 10 ft. width restriction in place while the work is completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day.

Motorists are urged to use caution if traveling through these areas. Please obey all work zone signs and personnel and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
