MACON – The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission recently awarded a contract to Magruder Construction of Eoila, Missouri, for an overlay project on Missouri Route 94 in Montgomery County, from 0.20 mile east of Bluffton Road to Missouri Route 19. The total cost of the project is $602,706.
“Crews will be resurfacing with a one-inch overlay,” said MoDOT Area Engineer Erik Maninga, P.E.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane through the work zones while the work is completed. The work could begin as early as this spring and should be completed before next fall.
“A more specific schedule on this project will be shared after the contractor provides the plan for completing the work,” Maninga added.
