MACON - Weather permitting, Nov. 19-20 and Nov. 26-30, MoDOT will close Missouri Route 161 in Montgomery County, from the Danville outer service road to Missouri Route 19, for culvert work. The work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day. The road will be reopened each evening.
Motorists will need to use alternate routes during these times. Remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
