PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be extending its work regarding wall and bridge deck repairs along southbound Interstate 635 just before Horizons Parkway near Argosy Casino. The double lane closure currently in place will remain there until approximately 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20. At that time, crews will determine whether or not they can open all lanes. Should it be necessary, there is the potential of a single lane closure along southbound I-635 just before Horizons Parkway until approximately Wednesday, Nov. 21. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and leave early. Expect delays. All work is weather permitting.
