COLUMBIA – Crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct bridge maintenance on Interstate 70 over Garth Avenue in Columbia tonight. One westbound lane of I-70 will be closed at 8 p.m. tonight. The work will also result in the closure of the I-70 entrance ramp from Route 163 (Providence Road). The work should be complete by 5 a.m. on Wednesday.
Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area. MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers during the work.
