St. Louis Work Zones for November 22-28

ST LOUIS – To help motorists travel around the state for the Thanksgiving holiday, MoDOT will restrict the majority of construction on interstates and state highways from noon on Wednesday, November 21 until 9 a.m. on Monday, November 26.

Restrictions will remain in place in areas where there are permanent barriers, such as Interstate 44 near Arsenal and Interstate 70 at Lucas and Hunt. In addition, crews may close lanes for emergency maintenance as needed.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-44, St. Louis City, the eastbound exit to Vandeventer is closed until early 2019.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, two lanes closed westbound from Arsenal to Shrewsbury until July 2019.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed westbound between Jefferson and Grand through 2019.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, two lanes closed westbound between Grand and Kingshighway through 2019.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed westbound between Kingshighway and Arsenal through 2019.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one lane closed eastbound from Shrewsbury to Jefferson through 2019.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the ramp from Broadway to westbound I-64 is closed until mid-December. Due to this work, the ramp from eastbound I-64 to 6th Street (the last Missouri exit) will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Route 367, St. Louis City, the west half of Halls Ferry Circle will be closed through early December. Southbound traffic will only be able to stay on southbound Route 367.
  • I-44, St. Louis County, the ramp from Shrewsbury to eastbound I-44 is closed until December 2018.
  • I-44, St. Louis County, one lane closed westbound between I-270 and Bowles thru late 2021.
  • I-70, St. Louis County, the eastbound ramp to Lucas-Hunt is closed until late November.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, the ramp from T.R. Hughes to westbound I-70 is closed until the new ramp opens in late 2018.
  • Route 47, Franklin County, one lane closed southbound on the Washington side of the bridge through the early December.

  • I-64, St. Louis City, 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., the eastbound exit to 20th Street/Chestnut and the westbound exit to 21st Street and Market are closed for the Thanksgiving parade.

 

Friday, November 23

  • No scheduled lane closures.

 

Saturday, November 24

  • I-70, St. Charles County, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., various lane closes eastbound and westbound at the Route 61 interchange.

 

 

Sunday, November 25

  • No scheduled lane closures.

 

Monday, November 26

  • I-55, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., two lanes closed southbound at Koeln.
  • I-64, St. Louis County, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed on the I-64 Outer Road between Chesterfield Parkway East and Woods Mill Road.
  • I-70, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound from Springdale to Union.
  • I-70, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., the westbound exit to northbound I-270 is closed.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., the northbound exit to westbound I-70 is closed.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed in various locations northbound and southbound between Page and I-55.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound at Ladue, Quailways and Chaminade.
  • Route 100, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound at Geyer.
  • Route 340, St. Louis County, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound at Swingley Ridge Rd. and Chesterfield Parkway East and West.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound between 5th Street and Fee Fee.
  • Route W, St. Charles County, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed from I-70 to Route 61. Flaggers will direct traffic through the closure.
  • I-44, Franklin County, 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound between Route 30 and the Crawford County line.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., one lane closed southbound at Victoria Road/Montauk Road.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., one lane closed northbound at Victoria Road/Montauk Road.
