Improvement Projects Approved in Camden and Miller Counties

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Wednesday awarded improvement projects on four roadways in Camden and Miller counties.

Magruder Paving submitted the low bid of $1,619,312 and was awarded the contract, which includes:

  • Camden County Route KK - Pavement improvements and 2-foot shoulder additions between Osage Beach Parkway and Turkey Bend Road.
  • Business Route 54 - Pavement improvements in various locations between the Osage River and the Grand Glaize Bridge.
  • Route 242 and Route MM - Pavement improvements between Route 54 and the Lake of the Ozarks Community Bridge.

Work on each project will take place in 2019. When a start date is established, MoDOT will alert the public about the project through signs, news releases and social media.
