Informational Meeting to Discuss Work on Route AC Bridge in Columbia

Part of a Seven-Bridge Project in Boone and Callaway Counties

The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold an informational meeting on Thursday, January 17 to provide information on a proposed project to rehabilitate and conduct preventative maintenance on the Route AC (Grindstone Parkway) bridge of U.S. Route 63 in Columbia. The project, which will close the bridge for up to 60 days this summer, is part of plans to rehabilitate seven bridges along Route 63 in Boone and Callaway counties.

The public meeting will be held from 4-6 p.m. in the gymnasium of the New Haven Elementary School, 3301 New Haven Road in Columbia. The meeting facility is accessible to people with disabilities.

The public may attend the meeting at any time between 4 and 6 p.m. to speak with MoDOT staff. No formal presentation will be made.
