HANNIBAL – Weather has limited progress on the new Champ Clark Bridge this month, therefore, the public update scheduled for Saturday, January 26 is being cancelled. The focus this month is to set deck panels on the new bridge, but because of the winter weather, it has been challenging,” said Missouri Department of Transportation Project Director Keith Killen, P.E. The next update is scheduled for Saturday, February 23 at 10 a.m. at Riverview Park, weather permitting.
