Crews will close northbound and southbound I-29 as part of Tiffany Springs Bridge replacement

PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will close two lanes of northbound and southbound I-29 between Route 152 and Tiffany Springs Parkway from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30 to set temporary concrete barriers and installation of temporary pavement markings.

After 2 p.m. crews will reopen one of the lanes in both direction, but will keep a single lane closed traveling northbound and southbound I-29 between Route 152 and Tiffany Springs Parkway until Thursday, May 30.

This is all part of a project to replace the Tiffany Springs Bridge. Improvements will include: a new four-lane bridge with a median over I-29, curb and cutter, new side walk and trail. The existing bridge over I-29 will remain open during construction. All work is weather dependent.
