Westbound Interstate 44 Bridge Rehabilitation over the Gasconade River Overflow

Below are details, resources and news about the rehabilitation of the westbound Interstate 44 bridge over the Gasconade River Overflow, located west of the Laclede County and Pulaski County line.

This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state. Check out the Focus on Bridges page for more information about the program.

The project took place in the summer of 2021.

Cost: 

$502,424

Work Taking Place: 

The project consisted of repairing the bridge railings, deck, bents and piers, and painting the structural steel.
