To access limited-availability parking, drivers traveling on Missouri Route 51 should exit south to the project entrance located between the Horse Island Chute Bridge and the Chester Bridge.

For the safety of attendees, left turns from the Illinois side of the bridge will not be permitted. Guests traveling from Illinois should continue across to the Missouri side of the bridge, turn around at County Road 239 (behind the convenience store) to County Road 238, and return on Missouri Route 51.

Guests utilizing VIP parking should display their parking pass in their vehicle windshield and follow directions from event staff to their designated parking area.

A gravel parking lot has been constructed at the project site between the Horse Island Chute Bridge and the former Chester Bridge. The lot is accessible via the existing service road. The event will be held on the Don Welge Memorial Bridge, a short walking distance from the parking area. Attendees who have not requested special accommodations should plan to wear appropriate footwear, as access to the ceremony site requires walking across the gravel lot and up an incline.
