To be paid from FY24 funds, invoices, and supporting documentation are due to MoDOT Central Office by 4:00 p.m., June 24, 2024. In order to meet this deadline, invoices and supporting documentation are due to your MoDOT District LPA Contact by 4:00 p.m., June 17, 2024, to allow time for the invoice to be reviewed, approved, and submitted to Central Office MoDOT by the June 24, 2024 deadline. PLEASE NOTE: if edits are needed to the invoice and/or supporting documentation, submission to Central Office MoDOT could be delayed; therefore, it is advised to submit invoices early and/or as soon as they are received. All of this is to ensure final approval before year-end shutdown.
Invoices and supporting documentation may still be submitted beyond the June 17, 2024 deadline, payment may just be delayed.
