Planned Event Form

Thank your for working with the Missouri Department of Transporation to ensure your event and the motoring public remain safe. Events such as parades, fairs, races or similar events that impact normal traffic operation must be reviewed to evaluate the possible impact. Please submit your application at least two weeks before the event to allow for the appropriate reviews. Incomplete applications will not be approved and will be returned to the event organizer. Once the department receives the request, a MoDOT representative will review the application and will contact you shortly after.
