2026 DBE Certification Workshops

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Business Development and Compliance (BDC) Division will be hosting the 2026 DBE Certification Workshop at locations throughout Missouri over the next several months. These workshops are designed for small businesses interested in learning how to apply for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification.

Recent regulatory changes mean that businesses that did not qualify before October 2025 may now be eligible.

To register for a workshop near you, click this Workshop link to view available dates, locations, and times. After selecting a session, complete the registration form for that workshop by clicking the word “Register” on the right side of the page. You will receive both a confirmation email and a calendar invite.

If you don’t see a workshop that fits your schedule, please check back regularly. MoDOT’s MRCC partners will also be offering workshops, and those dates will be added to this webpage as they become available.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
