Planned Event Form
Thank you for working with MoDOT on behalf of safety for the event and motoring public. Events such as parades, fairs and similar occurrences that impact normal traffic operations are reviewed to evaluate traffic impact. Application must be received two week prior to event to allow for traffic impact review. Incomplete applications will not be approved & returned to the event organizer. Once received, a MoDOT representative will review application and contact you shortly thereafter.

NO event advertisements are allowed on MoDOT right of way from temporary signing up to & including messages displayed on changeable message signs. Changeable message signs can be utilized ONLY to provide necessary traffic direction & not to advertise for the event.
