Micki Knudsen is the new chief administrative officer for MoDOT, a role created to provide increased leadership focus on employees. She also currently serves as the Human Resources Director, a position she has held since 2001.
Knudsen held several prior roles at MoDOT including Assistant Human Resources Director, Assistant to the District Engineer for the Northeast District, Employee Relations Director and Assistant Chief Counsel. Prior to her career with MoDOT, she was an assistant counsel with the Missouri Public Service Commission and worked as an assistant prosecutor and in private practice in rural Central Missouri.
Knudsen is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Society for Human Resources Management as a certified senior human resources professional with SHRM and the Human Resources Certification Institute.
