SIKESTON - The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold an open-house style community briefing to discuss upcoming bridge work in Wright County. The briefing will be held Thursday, Oct. 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Hartville School Cafeteria located at 1 Eagle Landing Parkway, Hartville, Mo.
The project will replace the bridge deck on the structure over Woods Fork, just east of the Route 38/5 intersection in Hartville. Barrier walls and guardrail will also be installed. Those interested in the project can stop by anytime between 4 and 6 p.m. to review the plan.
Construction is expected to begin as early as June 2013, with completion by Fall 2013. This project does involve a road closure as improvements are underway.
