Updated all seed and workspace files to have solids working area set to "10".  This is contained in the working units under the design file settings.
This is for future compatiblity with OpenBridge Modeler files (per Bentley).

Corrected disconnected cells for the Traffic Control and Signing groups in the CADD Detailing Standards workflow.
Also removed signs (cells) that have been discontinued from our Traffic division.

Renamed custom reports under MoDOT_ORD_v10.10.01.03\Standards\Reports\MoDOT

Removed all level overrides (color, style, weight) in the Design and Bridge border files.

Changed survey cell for unknown survey codes to "octagon with ?" instead of crosshair point

Added Resin Anchor Embedment linestyle (CADD Detailing Standard workflow - Bridge ribbon - Geometry)

Remove the wording "IF SEAL IS PRESENT ON THIS SHEET IT HAS BEEN ELECTRONICALLY SEALED AND DATED." in MoDOT Bridge Border and MoDOT Design Border files.
