MoDOT utilizes a tool for executing contracts, DocuSign.   This tool is free to our vendors and partners and is compatible with any device that receives email.  DocuSign is a web based product that does not require any other applications on the entity’s part.   For business partners to be able to use DocuSign to electronically sign agreements, each signer will need an individual email address.
