Project Facts:
- Relocate Eastgate Avenue at Division Street to the east 600 feet and add traffic signals to intersection
- Repair Division Street bridge over Route 65, remove concrete island allowing for two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane across bridge
- Widen northbound Route 65 ramp to Division Street to provide dual left turn lanes for traffic going northbound to westbound at the interchange
- Replace traffic signals at Division Street/Route 65 interchange
Construction: December 2017 until late June 2018
Estimated total project cost: $3.5 million
Traffic Impacts:
- Lane closings at times on Division Street at Route 65
- Crews and equipment close to traffic
- Eastgate Avenue CLOSED up to two months when new roadway is connected into existing road
