Permits for Work on Right of Way

Permit imageWhen non-Missouri Department of Transportation agencies need to complete work that may impact state roadways or right-of-way, they need to obtain a permit for that work.  The below information can help those organizations determine what type of permit they need, and whom to contact for questions or concerns about permits.

The St. Louis region permit office is in the Transportation Management Center, 14301 S. Outer Forty Road, Chesterfield, Missouri, 63017.  The office is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
