St. Louis Work Zones for April 4-10:
Several I-64 ramps closed downtown Sunday for Go! St. Louis Marathon

ST. LOUIS -Several ramps on eastbound and westbound I-64 will be closed Sunday in support of the GO! St. Louis Marathon.

The ramps from westbound I-64 to Forest Park Avenue, 3000 Market and 21st Street, as well as the ramp from eastbound I-64 to Market/Bernard will be closed from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. The ramps from eastbound I-64 to Chestnut and 6th Street will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. In addition, Route 100 (Chouteau) will be closed from 12th Street to Broadway from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Crews will close all lanes for about 15 minutes on northbound and southbound I-270 between I-64 and I-44 at 1 p.m. starting Wednesday, April 10. Crews will be blasting on southbound I-270 as part of the project to widen southbound I-270 between Dougherty Ferry and I-44.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-64, St. Louis City, the Vandeventer ramp to westbound I-64 is closed until late 2013.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, drivers in both directions will have three shifted, 10-foot lanes between Kingshighway and Vandeventer until November 2013. The rightmost lane of eastbound I-64 will exit at Hampton.
  • Wellington, St. Louis City, the Wellington bridge closed over the River Des Peres until May 2013. Detour to Jamieson Avenue bridge.
  • I-70, (westbound section of the Interstate 70 Blanchette bridge over the Missouri River) will remain closed until fall 2013. The eastbound I-70 bridge has three lanes of traffic in each direction. The ramp from northbound 5th Street to eastbound I-70 is closed until fall 2013.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, loop ramps from Mid Rivers Mall Drive to eastbound and westbound I-70 remain closed until fall 2013.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, far right lane westbound remains closed from Route 370 to the Mid Rivers Mall Drive exit until fall 2013.

  • I-70, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one right lane closed westbound from Biddle to Madison.
  • I-70, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Madison/10th Street off ramp westbound will be closed.
  • I-70, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., express lanes are closed between St. Louis Avenue and Cass.
  • I-70, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one left lane closed eastbound from St. Louis Avenue to Cass.
  • I-44, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one right lane eastbound at Lindbergh.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. one right lane closed northbound and southbound from I-44 to the Chain of Rocks Bridge for striping.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, 8:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., two right lanes closed northbound at Marshall Road.
  • Route 109, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. one northbound lane will be closed from I-44 to Eureka High School.
  • Route 109, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., right southbound lane closed between Turkey Track and Old State Road.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one right lane closed northbound between Ladue Road and Route 340.
  • Route 340, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one various eastbound and westbound lane will be closed for landscaping at Route 141.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed eastbound from Route 70 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed westbound from Spencer Creek Bridge to Mid Rivers Mall Drive
  • I-44, Franklin County, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., one lane closed eastbound at Route 100 West.

  • I-44, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound from I-55 to the St. Louis City limits for striping.

  • I-64, St. Louis City, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., the ramps from westbound to Forest Park Avenue, 3000 Market and 21st Street closed for GO! St. Louis Marathon.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., the ramps from eastbound to Market/Bernard closed for GO! St. Louis Marathon

  • Route 67, Franklin County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one right lane closed from Route CC to I-55.
