Route 364 Page Ave Phase 3
MoDOT, St. Charles County and the local muncipalities have teamed together to allocate $118.2 million towards building Route 364 Page Phase 3. The $118.2 million will be used for purchasing property, utility relocations, design and construction. The project includes building an improved connection from Page Phase 2 at Route 94 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive to I-64/US Route 40/61 at Route N.
MoDOT used a Design-Build contracting process to have contractor teams compete to win the contract. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission approved the contract February 6, 2013, awarding the project to the Page Constructors Joint Venture, including Fred Weber Inc., Millstone-Bangert Inc., Kolb Grading with lead designer Parsons Transportation Group.
What will be built?

Work Zone Activities Increase as Spring and
Warmer Weather Nears
Crews on the Route 364/Page Phase 3 project have been hard at work despite a very cold and
snowy winter. With spring right around the corner, construction work will be ramping up. In the
meantime, here is some interesting information about the project.
More than 70-percent of the earthwork is done on
the nine-mile project.
Hansen’s Tree Service has been recycling all of the trees ground from the clearing limits into mulch for
landscaping. To date, Hansen’s has recycled 40,000 cubic yards of material.
Page Constructors has been recycling most of the pavement it is removing. The material removed
from Old Bryan Road was recycled into rock fill to be placed under the pavement of the new road.
Recycled asphalt is being used in some of the new asphalt on the project.
Route 94 to Motherhead
Grading work will resume
once the ground thaws and
dries out. That will go on for
several months. Crews have
completed the bridge walls at
Motherhead and will soon be
setting girders for the new
Motherhead to Gutermuth
As the weather warms up,
crews will continue daily rock
blasting. The blasting takes
place on state right of way in
the area between Gutermuth
Gutermuth to Route K
Crews are continuing to work
on box culverts and drainage
east of Tributary B.
Bridge work has started east
of Route K.
Grading will resume when
ground conditions improve.
Signal and lighting work is
Girders have been set and
crews are starting work on
the concrete deck.
All work is weather dependent at this time of year.
