Route 94 Improvements (Terry Road and Route 47 to Route D)
Project Alerts & Updates (updated 7/30)
Route 94 at Terry Road will close at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 3. The road will remain closed for approximately 60 days.
What is being done?
MoDOT will be making improvements to two sections of Route 94. The first part of the project will raise the height of Route 94 near Terry Road by 3 1/2 feet to help alleviate flooding that often occurs in the area from the Missouri River, The second half of the project will add shoulders, make curve corrections and repave Route 94 between Route 47 and Route D.
What kind of traffic impacts can be expected with the work at Terry Road?
Route 94 will be closed for 60-days. Motorists can detour around the closure by taking Route F to Schluersburg Road. Work on that section of Route 94 will be complete in the fall of 2015. Work on both projects is expected to be completed in Fall 2016.
