Route 364/Page Phase 3 FAQ

Why is there no access from Henke Road to the I-64 interchange and west on Route N?

Due to the proximity of Henke Road and I-64 there is not enough room to safely provide ramps at both Henke Road and I-64.  Motorists on Henke Road can use one of four crossings to access Route N and I-64 from the west side (Lake St. Louis Boulevard, Ronald Reagan Bridge, Old Route N or Winghaven Boulevard).

Why are there no ramps at Motherhead Road or Gutermuth Road?

Unfortunately, there was not enough funding to include those ramps.  Residents in this area will access Route 364 from Route 94 or the Mid Rivers Mall Drive interchange.

Will MoDOT be installing a fence along Route 364?

Yes. A 60-inch chain link fence is in place on state property behind all residential areas.

Why was a signal added on Route 94 where the new eastbound Route 364 exits?

The signal was added to allow motorists to access Mid Rivers Mall Drive from eastbound Route 364.  Adding the signal was determined to be the most efficient way to move traffic through the area.

How should drivers navigate the intersection of Route 364 and Route K?

Drivers exiting Route 364 and making a right onto Route K will have their own signal and their own dedicate green light.  As with many signals, it is legal to make a right turn on red after coming to a complete stop and ensuring there is no oncoming traffic.  In addition, drivers on Route K turning left onto Route 364 have two signals that are timed to work together.  Please be advised if you have already passed the stop bar and are proceeding through the intersection and you see the second signal turn yellow then you should continue through the intersection.  This signal is intended to warn traffic approaching the stop bar that the light is about to turn red and that they should stop.  Traffic already moving through the intersection can safely proceed to the entrance ramp because there is a period where all directions have a red light.  For more information on how to drive a single point interchange like the one at Route K and Route 364, click here.
