Rte. 30 Project Kickoff Ceremony

Federal, state and local officials helped celebrate the beginning of the Rte. 30 resurfacing project on March 21, 2005. This was the first project in the St. Louis region to begin that uses Amendment 3 funding.

The $17.8 million project will resurface approximately 30 miles of Rte. 30 between Grand Ave. in the city of St. Louis to Rte. B/NN in Cedar Hill (Jefferson County). The project was accelerated by approximately two years thanks to Amendment 3 funding. Preliminary construction work began in early March. Construction is expected to be complete by December 2005.
