MoDOT's Transportation Management Center (TMC) is the operational hub for Gateway Guide (St. Louis' ITS program). It is located at the southwest quadrant of the Route 40 and Route 141 interchange. The address is 14301 South Outer 40 Road, Town and Country, MO 63017.
