Park over the Highway Project - CityArchRiver 2015

The Missouri Department of Transportation is evalutating the potential environmental impacts of the departments preferred alternative for the Park over the Highway project in downtown St. Louis. This project, part of CityArchRiver2015 is intended to improve the flow of pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle traffic between the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial and downtown. Any construction for this project must be complete by October 2015.
