The signals at Sunshine Street and Plaza Avenue are scheduled to be placed on flash -- yellow for Sunshine and red for Plaza -- at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 15.

Rain prevented MoDOT from flashing the signals this week, as previously announced.

Dry ground is needed to change the pavement striping.
