Greene County -- The closing of a short section of Route 125 north of Route D has been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 21, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
Route 125 will close at 2 a.m. Wednesday, August 21, and remain closed until 2 a.m. Friday, August 23.
The closing has been delayed for a third time due to recent rains which have left the soil saturated in this area.
Drivers who normally travel north or south on Route 125 through its intersection with Route D can expect to see electronic signs alerting them to use alternate routes.
Route D to the west of the intersection will remain open to traffic as will Route 125/D south of the intersection.
The work Aug. 21-23 will involve relocating the north portion of Route 125 so that it intersects Route D at a 90-degree angle just west of Farm Road 146.
