Work scheduled:

• Building shoulders along Route 13 between Joe Bald/James River Road to the south into Kimberling City
• Clearing trees and brush in areas along Route 13 between Rollin Acres Road and Route DD south of Branson West
• Grading rock and dirt for relocated portion of Route 13 west of Stoneridge
• Pouring concrete for bridge components and placing rock around bridge ends at new Route 13 bridge at south edge of Stoneridge
• Installing temporary traffic signals at Route 13/Route OO

Traffic Impacts:

• Lane closings on Route 13 at Lakeshore Drive for signal/grading work
• Short-term traffic stops and lane closings possible at times on Route 13
• Large equipment entering and leaving work areas
• Work zone speed limit: 35 mph

Project Summary:

• Widen Route 13 to four lanes between Branson West and Joe Bald/James River Road
• Relocate a one-mile section of Route 13 west of Stoneridge
• Install new traffic signals at Route 13 and Business 13 at the south edge of Branson West
• Build right-turn and left-turn lanes in various locations
• Build two new bridges

• Resurface existing Route 13 through Stoneridge business district
• Resurface Route 13 between Joe Bald/James River Road and the Kimberling City bridge
