Route U in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane while Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform shoulder repairs. 

The section of roadway is located between Route 61 and Route D.           

Weather permitting, work will be performed Tuesday, March 22 and Wednesday, March 23 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
