Ingrid B. Potts
Benefit-Cost Evaluation of
MoDOT’s Total Striping and Delineation Program.
Ingrid Potts received a B.S. in Physics from North Park College, Chicago, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. She spent three years at the HNTB Corporation in Kansas City doing transportation planning and geometric design. She has been with Midwest Research Institute for nearly 13 years conducting local and national research in safety, geometric design, and traffic operations. She is currently a member of the TRB Committee on Geometric Design and has been actively involved with the TRB Task Force for the Development of a Highway Safety Manual.
Her research into the benefit-cost of MoDOT’s total striping and delineation program provided quantitative data that will assist agency planners to deliver the best value for every dollar spent.
Congratulations Ingrid!
