Description of Access:

Access to property is from one main entrance off of Route 24.  There is a cross over on the dual lane to allow full access.  The property has two ingress/egress easements on it from the one main entrance that serves two adjoining property owners.  The westerly ingress/egress easement is recorded in Book 567 at Page 478 in the Lafayette County Recorders Office and the ingress/egress just east of that one is a new easement currently being recorded.  See survey for details.

Description of Improvements:

The main improvement is a 5,112 sq. ft. building with 936 sq. ft. of office space.  It's a steel frame with wood stud interior wall framing and ribbed metal siding on the outside.  There are six overhead doorways accessing the shop area with automatic door openers.  Forced air propane heating system with central air conditioning in the office area and suspended heaters in the shop area.  The second building is a 3,600 sq. ft. pole building with wood framing and tin siding.  It has sliding 10 X 10 doors.
