Eligibility period
2009 contest entries must have appeared, held, been aired or published, or substantially revised between May 1, 2008, and April 30, 2009.

Entry deadline
August 21, 2009 is the deadline to enter electronically. For entries too large to be forwarded to the judging state electronically, the deadline is close of business August 24, 2009 (must be postmarked).

Jurying
The jurying period begins after 5 p.m. on August 21, 2009, (unless you are judging an oversize entry and that judging period starts at 5 p.m. August 24, 2009). The jurying period ends for all entries on September 18, 2009. Judges' comments and judging results must be submitted to the chair of the Awards Committee no later than September 25, 2009.
