5a) Video production, external
Video created and produced in-house for external use; e.g. public information, public education, public awareness, news release, documentary, event coverage, etc. This category EXCLUDES commercials. See “Advertising” division for commercial video productions.

Method of electronic submittal:
Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG), Quicktime or Windows Media Format (WMF) file

If the file is too large to send to the judging state via an e-mail attachment, mail the file on a DVD to the judging state.
