This Week's Road Closures

Scheduled projects are all weather permitting.

Monday, August 3:

  • Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 at the Bankers Crossing Bridge for new bridge construction. Closed through August 13.
  • Harrison County Route T from East 245th Street to East 260th Street; culvert replacement, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily
  • Harrison County Route F at the Little Creek Bridge for a bridge replacement. Weather permitting, the road may reopen Tuesday, Aug. 4.
  • Holt County I-29 northbound only at U.S. Route 59 (Exit 75) for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. Traffic is being rerouted to the on and off ramps. No access to U.S. Route 59 via Exit 75 northbound.
  • Holt County U.S. Route 59 at I-29 for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. No access to I-29 northbound.

Tuesday, August 4:

  • Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 at the Bankers Crossing Bridge for new bridge construction. Closed through August 13.

  • Nodaway County U.S. Route 71 northbound passing lane only from 390th Street to Route M; culvert repair.  Will include overnight lane closure in the passing lane.
  • Sullivan County Route M from Gentry Drive to Route 129; culvert replacement, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Wednesday, August 5 :

  • Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 at the Bankers Crossing Bridge for new bridge construction. Closed through August 13.
  • Harrison County Route T from East 300th Street to Route Y; culvert replacement, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily
  • Holt County I-29 northbound only at U.S. Route 59 (Exit 75) for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. Traffic is being rerouted to the on and off ramps. No access to U.S. Route 59 via Exit 75 northbound.
  • Holt County U.S. Route 59 at I-29 for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. No access to I-29 northbound.

  • Holt County U.S. Route 59 at I-29 for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. No access to I-29 northbound.

Saturday, August 8:

  • Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 at the Bankers Crossing Bridge for new bridge construction. Closed through August 13. 
  • Harrison County Route W from Route M to Main Street in Bethany; resurfacing project, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
  • Holt County I-29 northbound only at U.S. Route 59 (Exit 75) for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. Traffic is being rerouted to the on and off ramps. No access to U.S. Route 59 via Exit 75 northbound.
  • Holt County U.S. Route 59 at I-29 for a bridge deck replacement. Closed through August 2015. No access to I-29 northbound.
