HANNIBAL - Weather permitting, Monday, March 12, Route DD west of Maud, will close to traffic at 8 a.m. to begin work on replacing the bridge over the Otter Creek. The 72 year old bridge will be replaced with a new two lane bridge that is two-foot wider.

The bridge replacement should take approximately 45 working days and should reopen by the end of April. Road closure signs will be in place notifying motorists of the work.  The detour is marked over MO 151, US 36 and Route TT.
