HANNIBAL - This Friday, weather permitting, MoDOT will begin making pavement repairs for a resurfacing project in the the eastbound lanes of U.S. 36/I-72 from Shinn Lane to Central Avenue and westbound lanes from Central Avenue to Munger Lane in Hannibal. The work will be performed by Chester Bross Construction Co., Inc. of Hannibal.

Traffic will be handled on the existing pavement during the resurfacing operations, but will be restricted to one lane.   Work is expected to be completed by October 1, 2008. The public is urged to use caution during construction.
