
Representative Mike Sutherland complimented the Warren County R-3 School students who brought the idea of improving the intersection to his attention.

Dr. John Long, school superintendent, commended the two boys who worked to heighten awareness of the intersection. Both graduated in 2005.

Project Description:
This project includes the addition of left turn lanes on Route 47, and the intersection will be signalized and lighted to further enhance traffic flow. The City of Warrenton, MoDOT and Warren County R-III School District are sharing the cost of the project.
