The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will hold an industry meeting for the Improve I-70 Kansas City Design-Build corridor project located from The Paseo Boulevard to US 40/31st Street in Kansas City, MO. The meeting is scheduled for 10 AM to 12 PM, on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, at the Missouri Department of Transportation – Kansas City District Office, 600 NE Colbern Road, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086.
A project update will be provided, followed by time for networking. The project schedule, including release of the final Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP), will be presented at the meeting.
Firms interested in providing Design-Build services for the project and receiving project information should send a one-page Letter of Interest (LOI) to MoDOT by email to improvei70kc@modot.mo.gov. The LOI should include the company name, contact person, and contact information including address, phone number, and e-mail address. The LOI should indicate if your firm is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. You do not need to resubmit a LOI if you’ve previously done so.
