Abner Gwinn Oldest MoDOT Retiree is 104

Abner and Opal Gwinn of Jefferson City celebrated 34 years of marriage on Jan. 1. Abner, 104, is the Missouri Department of Transportation's oldest living retiree. Opal is 89. "We're not too bad for a couple of recycled teenagers," said Opal.
