Plug into Missouri transportation with MoDOT's E update system

Few things are more frustrating than heading out on a road trip only to be delayed by backed up traffic from an accident or road construction.

With MoDOT's e-update system this information and more is delivered right to your e-mail inbox. Just go to www.modot.org/eupdate and sign up today. It's free, easy and you can pick the updates you'd like to receive. Choose your county or region and what kind of information you're interested in, and the updates will be sent directly to your e-mail address.

"It only takes a minute to sign up," said Matt Hiebert, MoDOT Web manager. "After that, subscribers are in the loop for transportation information. And they can change their topics of interest or cancel at any time."

Road closures, incidents on major routes, project status, public meeting announcements and many other transportation topics affecting Missouri are included in the subscription options.

"E-updates are the best way to stay plugged into Missouri transportation," said Hiebert. "It's news that comes to you."
